Bertrand Nursing Home is a non-profit, long term care skilled nursing facility that has been providing care for the Bertrand area since 1973. 

The facility is Village owned and managed by Rural Health Development.

Bertrand Nursing Home has set an exciting goal of $15,000 to help provide much-needed equipment updates and building repairs. Every contribution will make a difference in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents.
