Started in 1969, the Holdrege Optimist Club is a longstanding organization dedicated to serving the youth of Phelps County. The HOC offers a variety of programs to kids of all economic backgrounds. Every program is offered at a minimal cost ($15) or for FREE.
Our programs include: volleyball, football, boys basketball, track, Toys for Tots, Punt, Pass, and Kick, Pitch, Hit, and Run, Essay and Oratorical Contests, Law Officer of the Year, High School Scholarships, and the American Flag/Swedish Flag display. With your help, we can continue to offer these great opportunities for Phelps County!
