Rooted in Relationships Phelps County

Phelps County Rooted in Relationship is an initiative that that partners with communities to implement evidence-based practices that enhance the social-emotional development of children, birth through age 8. We are currently working side by side with several in-home childcare and centers. With you help, we will be able to provide more materials and training that our providers need to be successful in helping the children in their care.
