Goals and Mission of the Wells 20 Foundation Inc.

 

The Wells 20 Foundation was formed with one goal in mind and that is to support youth development in central Nebraska. We believe that there is a great need in the Holdrege/Phelps County area for a facility that is specifically devoted to the youth and youth sports. We have developed The Wells 20 Foundation, a 501c3 non profit organization, to directly support the growth of Youth Athletics and Leadership in Phelps County.  One of the main necessities to accomplish our mission is to provide a facility for the kids. We are raising funds right now of which 100% of all proceeds are going towards the building and management of a field house/athletic complex built in Holdrege which will be readily available for youth sports clubs and teams to utilize on a year round basis for practice, camps, banquets, and games. This facility will be built and managed by the Wells 20 Foundation and will remain as a neutral place for all youth sports teams and clubs to use as a place to further their athletic abilities and leadership skills. Our kids deserve to have all the resources available to them in their own community so that they do not have to travel to Kearney or other surrounding towns to be able to practice and compete. We will provide that place. That is the Mission and purpose of the Wells 20 Foundation.
