How do I register my nonprofit for give2GROW?
Why should my organization participate?
give2GROW allows nonprofits to participate in an exciting collaborative fundraising campaign that:
• Raises awareness of your organization or group
• Will enable you to grow your donations through both matching funds and incentive prizes
• Helps you reach new donors and connect with current donors
• Teaches you new fundraising skills
What are the eligibility requirements to participate in give2GROW?
Participating organizations must meet the following requirements:
• Organizations must be a 501(c)(3) public charity recognized by the IRS as a qualified recipient of tax-deductible gifts serving Phelps County, Nebraska, in a manner consistent with Phelps County Community Foundation policies.
• Organizations that already have a fund with the Phelps County Community Foundation are eligible.
• Schools and specific government organizations may also be eligible to participate
• Funds raised through give2GROW must be used for programs and services in Phelps County.
• You will comply with the terms outlined in the participation agreement
Organizations that are ineligible to participate are those engaged in religious and political activities, churches, private foundations, and those not serving Phelps County.
**If you organization requires fiscal sponsorship in order to participate, please reach out to PCCF for assistance.
Do we have to pay to participate?
The Phelps County Community Foundation hosts give2GROW to fulfill our mission to support Phelps County nonprofits, so there is no fee to participate. We ask that you devote time and energy to promoting your nonprofit's participation in give2GROW through your organization's social media networks or any other communication tools you currently use to reach your donors. If you choose to purchase advertising, that will be at the expense of your organization.
The Phelps County Community Foundation will work with local media and utilize our own social media networks to promote give2GROW. All participating organizations will have access to various marketing tools available on the official give2GROW website www.give2growphelps.org on the Nonprofit Toolkit page. If there is something specific you think we need to add, please feel free to contact the Foundation staff at 308-995-6847, and we will try to accommodate your request.
I am a new admin for my organization! What do I need to know?
Welcome! If you are a new admin filling out the registration form, by submitting the registration form you are also automatically requesting admin access to the organization page.
Mightycause Support reviews all admin requests and will follow up separately with you if additional information is required. You will receive an email notification once your admin request is approved. After you are approved, you will see your organization listed in your dropdown user menu at the top right.
NOTES:
1. Admin approval emails are separate from registration approvals. Please allow 2-3 business days for admin approval.

After I submit my registration what do I need to do?
Please allow between 2-3 business days for approval. Once you are an admin of your organization (see FAQ above) you will be able to check the registration status in your organization overview screen. You will receive an automatic email notifying you of your approval to participate in this year's event.
Once you are approved you can start planning your campaign! Check out the nonprofit toolkit and resources page for helpful guides and how-tos to customize your organization page and get ready for the event.
