Rules

Only the authorized credit card holder may donate to an organization. A third party may not use the donor’s card information to make donations on behalf of the donor. PCCF has the right to verify all donations in compliance with these rules.

Prize amounts are not reflected in leaderboard or organization totals.

Nonprofits cannot make gifts to themselves. Unique donors need to make the online gifts. A participating organization may not make a donation to its own fundraising page to help secure a prize. Any individual, including personnel employed by or affiliated with a participating organization, may donate. 

A unique donor is defined by their email address. For purposes of awarding prizes, multiple donations from one donor to the same nonprofit will count as one unique gift. Prizes focused on unique (unduplicated) donors refer to the number of unduplicated donor first name, last name, and email address for gifts made to the nonprofit.

Donations may not be used to pay for anything that might be perceived as a material benefit to the donor including dinner tickets, membership fees, golf fees, admission tickets, raffle tickets, event sponsorships, services, or other gifts.

All winner results should be considered preliminary until verified and announced as final by PCCF.

PCCF can modify any restrictions or conditions at any time if, in their sole judgment such restriction or condition becomes unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment, or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community. As such, PCCF reserves the right to deny or condition the distribution of prize grants if, in their judgment such restriction or condition becomes necessary.
